I had a first phone interview which was extremely rushed and unprofessional, despite the person who was calling had 10 years experience in the company (!) - I don't understand the need of scheduling it in advance the call if then you are not interested in talking for more than 5 minutes. I found it very impolite not to even give me the chance to ask any question. I was told I would have given some further update but they simply ghosted me. A few weeks later, someone else called me to schedule again the first call and when I explained I already spoke to somebody she just ended the call quickly without providing me with any explanation. A total red flag.
