Very informal. The owner, his wife, and another manager were in the conference room. One of them would ask a generic question, I would start talking, and the owner typically cut me off and finished my answer for me with either what he wanted me to say or how he would answer. Regardless of the intent, it was a very weird interview in which I rarely got the chance to talk because the owner kept doing all of the talking. Then we toured the facility and went out for lunch.
