Quite an unprofessional HR department. I had a scheduled video interview with two senior staff members. After this was booked, a few days later I got a call from a different HR member to confirm what I wrote on my resume. There was a lot of confusion and it turns out she was referring to someone else’s profile. Then, on the day of the interview, I was all set to go, dialed up the Teams Video link, just 2 minutes early and waited, pen in hand. Tick tock. Nobody appeared. 5 minutes in I was alarmed and sent a note to the scheduler to state I was online. After 15 minutes, and no response, I pulled the plug as no-one dialed in. And I never got any explanation or response. Terribly unprofessional.
