I first applied online directly to Carolina First. Next I received an email that I must complete an online simulated teller interview. It was an interesting and neat process, because it taught you how to "be a teller" and then you completed about 3 different scenarios giving responses and doing transactions. Next I was contacted by a regional "manager" who conducted an on the phone interview and then proceeded to attempt to set up an interview time at the branch I had applied for. This was a little bit of a struggle to get the interview simply because of having to coordinate 3 different parties. Eventually I was given an interview. It was a very relaxed, and enjoyable process. The people were always friendly and quick to apologize if they felt they had done something wrong. The local branch tried to make you feel like second family even in the short time. A week later or so I was contacted by the regional "manager" and offered the job. I will be going for a drug test and background check in the next week, and soon start the training process.

Entrevista
The process was very professional. I went to the first interview at the main branch location. I met with a couple people who asked a lot of to the point questions. Then, I went to the branch and met everyone and interviewed with them. They told me I would know by that Monday, but I knew that Friday that I got the job.
