Not great experience...
Applied for a customer service advisor job and got another which was was quite annoying...however the process itself was quite quick... got call and booked me in for an interview
be prepared for the interview. read the job description well and focus on the skills required for the job. panel of 3 people interviewed. previous experience in sales would be advantageous

Interview was quite easy and interviewer was nice. Said at end of interview that I got the job. Can’t remember questions in detail but one was about what experience I had of using systems.

Do you have any experience of using computer systems?
Interview process was easy and clear. Initial phone interview followed by a video interview. After that I was asked to send screening documents passport, proof of address etc. This was simple and for background check purposes. I believe once this process is complete I will receive an official job offer.
