I applied through a staffing agency. So far Done with 2 rounds of interview it has taken 2 weeks. I interviewed for Capgemini Interview Experience: Positive Interview Experience Pros: I recently went through my 3rd attempt(in the last 3.5 years) at the interview process for a position at Capgemini, I am excited to share that I had an extremely positive experience like always. The technical interview was thorough, covering a wide range of topics including Automation(Web&API), Python Basics, DevOps, CICD, Jenkins, and advanced Python matching to my skillset. The interviewer was not only punctual but also demonstrated a deep understanding of the subjects, creating a challenging yet fair environment to assess my skills. I was presented with 3 Coding and 5 Output driven Questions, which I felt were relevant and thought-provoking. The interviewer was patient and attentive, allowing me ample time to articulate my responses, and ensuring two-way communication throughout the session. In addition to the technical interview, My TA contact was incredibly supportive, extending his assistance wherever necessary and helping to make the transition as smooth as possible. He was professional, kind, and genuinely interested in ensuring that I had all the information and resources I needed. Cons: This is my third attempt and on the last 2 attempts even after clearing all rounds and submitting documents at last all I heard was that the Job Position was put on hold or higher management had decided to hold new hiring for the time being, I do believe there could have been room for improvement. I have been previously been associated with Capgemini so I am well aware of the overall benefits and the positive work environment that Capgemini brings that's why I restart the interview process every year with Capgemini. I am hopeful of getting the offer someday sooner rather than later. Advice to Management: Continue to maintain the high standards in the interview and onboarding process, as it sets a positive tone for new employees but do keep transparency with the candidates and value their sentiments.

Was good.Consisted of multiple discussion rounds , face to face meeting and testing before the final offer was given Had a good experience with the hiring team and the flow was seamless.
