My first round interview on campus was strictly behavioral, and was with a consultant who had been with the firm for about 8 years. Second (and final) round interviews consisted of an office visit, where they gave a quick presentation about the company, gave us lunch, and had about 3 rounds of interviews. Interviews were conducted by 2 senior/manager level consultants and one recent-hire. I interviewed with 3 other candidates for 1 open position. The other three candidates had/were seeking Master's degrees in technical fields.
