The first thing I can say is the HR Team is the best in scheduling the interview, giving the feedback after every round, responding to mails and calls quickly with good interaction. The interview process started with Technical round-1, Technical round-2, HR Round (salary discussion). To conclude, I can give 5/5 rating to the Recruiting team in Capgemini.

They asked the questions about SAP Basis related to the work, topics I put in my Resume and some Advanced questions too.
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview. The discussion focused on my articleship experience, accounting concepts, financial reporting, reconciliation, month-end close activities, Excel skills, and behavioural questions. The interviewer was professional and the overall process was smooth.

2 interviews, 1 behavioral, which was very casual just describing yourself, and the other technical, they give you a scenario and they ask you what would you do, for example how would you come up with a solution for a keeping track of cars in a parking lot
