Very poor process I have ever seen in this field. They asked me to come by 10 am. I reached by 9:30 and waited till 3pm, still the for first round itself they didn't called. They kept resume top who came late to the interview. For lunch also they didn't asked us to take break. After 3pm we where 6 who is in my skill asked to interview us before it also we asked several times, they didn't gave proper response. 3.15pm they called us together and only single person interviewed us. His attitude is good but for rejection only he asked architect level questions in the first round itself . Asked us to write syntax for all the questions. After sometime they rejected most of the people. But pepople who attended first got normal questions only.
They actually got candidates for their slots so rejected simply by this questions.
Most of the people waited without having food and they are not giving an value to simply as their own favour.
Before choosing this company please think interview itself they had shown their poor process. Think about the work and employee welfare.
The recruitment process was professional and comprehensive. It began with an HR screening, followed by two technical rounds focused on .NET internals and system design. The first round covered C# advanced features and ASP.NET Core, while the second round focused on microservices architecture, SQL optimization, and design patterns.
Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Capgemini (Chennai)
Entrevista
The interview focused heavily on core JavaScript technical topics, and one coding question was asked. The session lasted for a solid hour, and the interviewer was helpful whenever I got stuck.
