The team seemed very friendly and the interview itself was alright. However, the process of getting the job was just far too strenuous. They expected a full-blown social media strategy from their applicants after a VERY intensive interview where they asked personality, strategy and work related questions. Prior to the interview, I also had to complete 2 assessments: one personality test, and one skill-based test. Then, after the interview and assessments, I was shortlisted and expected to do ANOTHER assessment/task. At that point, I withdrew because those to me are red flags of what they expect from employees.
