Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Canonical en may 2021

In general, the interview process was interesting, engaging, and fair. There were multiple stages (personal essay, basic testing, a take-home coding assignment, and several in-person interviews), but all felt fair and respectful. The people on the other end were engaging and interested, and the communication throughout the process was good (I never felt left wondering what the status was).
The only negative I found was that the process was long in terms of actual calendar time from application to offer. But there was an unexpected benefit there as well: by the time they made an offer, I had spoken with ~6 different people and gotten a much better view into the corporate culture. The longer process helped me interview the company.

Nothing specific stands out. Most were conversational. like stating my opinions about two programming languages I mentioned on my resume and discussing their differences
It's an extremely long process that includes standardized tests, take home assignments, and several rounds of interviews. It was at least 5 rounds long and you interview across different teams.

They have a really long, tiring interview process. The first round was a written interview where I had to answer like 15 questions. Then a coding interview with 1 hour time that I could do anytime for 2 weeks. Then I had to take a personality test and they totally ghosted me.

The written part was unnecessarily long and the coding interview didn't give any feedback but the questions were fair. Online IDE was a bit slow. Some information multiple choice questions were not things that measure competency.
