After the initial email from them I took a behavioral and cognitive survey. That was followed up by three phone interviews: two with People Ops and one with my team lead. I was then invited to CampusLogic for a two hour interview: 30 minutes with the VP of Customer Success, 30 minutes with the Director of People Ops, and an hour with two members of the team they were hiring for.
The whole process was very quick - quicker than any other hiring process I had been through. From the first email from People Ops to being offered the job was about two weeks. It was very professional yet casual at the same time. I at no point felt pressured nor was I really 'grilled' about anything. They were legitimately interested in getting to know me rather than how I'd answer arbitrary questions not related to the position. Everyone was very passionate about the company and repeatedly expressed to me how much they love what they're doing.

Entrevista
The hiring manager was extremely responsive throughout and the overall process was sufficiently thorough, but each step was very well thought-out. I can honestly say it was the most responsive and competent interview process I have ever been involved in.

I was asked to demonstrate in front of a panel of CSMs and CIMs what process I would use to determine how many windows would be necessary to cover all buildings in the local metropolitan area, specifically as it relates to residential structures.
