Overall a very positive experience. I was contacted shortly after submitting an application by HR to discuss the role. After determining that it seemed to be a good fit, I interviewed with the hiring manager the next day. Both conversations felt much more like a mutual discussion/exploration than a grilling interview. From there, a final, more technical interview was scheduled (two weeks later due to schedule availability) with a panel representing the different disciplines the role would be working with. I received an offer two days later and helpful feedback on the whole process. Overall 19 days from application to offer.
