Interview process was delayed on numerous occasions. I used a 3rd party recruitment agency who knew very little about the role and the organisation, not sure if they had been poorly briefed or were just incompetent. 1st stage was a 50minute discussion talking through CV. This could have been done over the phone or Skype. The interviewers were very informal and at times unprofessional. My questions about the role identified a few red flags and the role in question differed from the role advertised. The interviewers did a very poor job of selling the role.
