First you have a screen with the recruiter and then another tech screen to make sure you know what you are talking about. If you pass those there is either a 5 hour or 6 hour block of 1 hour meetings. Usually a mixture of behavioral and craft interviews. This is a great interview process. People can fake it for an hour but not 6 to 6 different people.
