Entrevista
Had to meet 1:1 with a member of the HR staff. She asked questions about me, and what I liked and disliked about my current position. She then invited me back for a panel/group interview at a later date. At the panel interview, we were asked questions that would allow us to display our personalities and guage how out going we were.

Entrevista
The process is very interactive, high energy, and group-oriented. First, most roles will require a basic math test, which is 25 questions to be completed in 20 minutes--mostly addition, subtraction, and multiplication. If you do not pass the math test, you may be considered for other roles (in food service or the valet pool) if they are available and if you choose, but it will be obvious to all other candidates that you did not pass. From there, a group interview with all candidates from various positions--with the exception of few positions that do not have an essential customer-facing role--in front of a panel of department heads and HR staff. In this interview you'll be gathered in a large room, in the shape of a horseshoe, and asked to do various tasks such as dance or perform other actions to evaluate your personality. More candidates will be removed from the process at this stage. Lastly, an individual interview with your prospective department head is held where you will likely be extended an offer and given more information about the role once they interact with you to ensure your fit for the position--this manager likely has not had access to your hiring materials including resume. You must be energetic, outgoing, and audible to get through to the final interview. If you accept the offer there is a background check for a gaming license and drug test (to be completed within 48 hours).

Entrevista
Interview Process is made up of three steps; group interview (Culture Audition), job shadowing, and finally one on one interview with the General Manager. From the group interview, you will be notified if you qualify for the department position shadowing.
I did not achieve the last step, so I am not sure how you would know when you are selected for the final interview. I didn't receive any further correspondence to inform me if I were selected or not, but a general email inviting me back for another interview (turned out to be another group interview).
I later found out the supervisor I shadowed that day was later fired for serious misconduct. I decided to not reapply again due to my previous experience with that property overall.
