I applied for this position online and was called within two weeks. I went in for an interview with the HR woman for Caesars Entertainment, but it was just an overview of my application. I was then referred to the supervisor at the particular casino I was interested in. The interview process was about an hour, and they asked typical questions about why you would like to join their establishment. They required me to complete a very basic math and reading quiz. I also interviewed with the head supervisor after the first interview was complete.
