Interview was by phone approximately 30 minutes, in english. Asked basic questions (why I want to leave my last job, why I am interested in their company etc.). Explained breefly the role. Then they invited me to the real interview with 3 persons: potencial boss, HR and HR intern. Asked similar questions. Then i have passed 2 tests, one of them was test for accuracy, the second test was real case- I had to reply to angry customer's mail.
