Started of good with an interview and a task but was then told they would get back to me soon as they "liked" me, was then ghosted for 2 weeks with no responses to any message, after that was contacted with an offer but as a contractor which companies usually do to not provide basic benefits to the employee even though they set your schedules and everything, also they changed the job title to a lesser role, after voicing concerns and trying to negotiate was ghosted again.
