Was sent an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty straight forward and more like a screen to make sure I met the basic requirements. They asked what my ideal starting salary would be and even though I gave an amount well within the pay range listed on the description, they said they couldn't offer me what I was looking for.
