Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en CVS Health (Atlanta, GA) en ene 2016
Entrevista
I got a call asking when I would be available for an interview a few weeks after I applied. I responded with any weekday at 1 pm, and he ended up asking me to come in that day (it was 11am when I got the call) for the interview. It was all kind of rushed.
We sat in the small, cramped office and he asked me very generic questions about myself: where else I have worked, what would I contribute to the company, my hobbies etc. I doubt he was really listening and had already decided I'd be a decent cashier as I'm pretty effervescent. That and it was obvious how understaffed they were.
And that's it... it was a pretty detached thing. I went to training and had to complete a series of "modules" (and that whole process is beyond frustratingly confusing and inefficient, agreed upon by EVERYONE).
Not really too difficult. Management seemed nice. They’re more overall interested in your availability above all else. Super nice staff all things considered and not too difficult of an interview
Fairly easy done with the store manager who wants to know how you would react or what you would do in certain situations. How you would interact with the rest of the team etc
