Quick pre screening call after application was submitted then in person interview with lots of generic questions asked. Took about 5 days in total. Fairly straightforward, a little cumbersome but overall ok.

Application, review with 3 staff, and interview questions with follow up shortly after. We sat down for about 2 hours going over questions and answers. It was fairly formal, with many employees both under and over the main supervisor whom I interacted with.
