Selected a few outside hires while most candidates are inside. Each candidate is interviewed in front of the hiring manager and the corresponding clerical worker (whos position you will be replacing). Questions are basic, nothing too out of the ordinary. I had interviewed as a clerical worker multiple times, and it seems they always hire from within.
