Fast process nothing to crazy got the job emailed did all the paperwork and then I stared the next week. Easy but horrible work environment very hostile but if you need a job go for it

Was questioned by two assistant managers hired on the spot. They asked me various questions pertaining to my attitude and will to work and dreams of growth with the company they explained all the perks that came with the job and the raise potentials.

Will I be able to work in a fast paced environment
One-on-one interview with the location manager was super smooth. Simple questions about experience and availability. You can tell they are looking for responsible, reliable employees that will treat all donors with respect and kindness.
A set of situational scenarios, a lot of "tell me about a time" or "what would you do if?" Interview was over the phone as it was in the beginning of 2021.
