The recruiter, Doug, asked me a number of questions about my experience, education and prior jobs. He was nice and understanding about the industry and what happens in the oil field. The one question that I knew would be an issue was "Have you earned a petroleum engineering degree, or worked in a position with the title of Engineer?"
