There were 2 interviewers, both were very kind and easygoing. The interview questions asked were quite general and straightforward but requires preparation. But I never heard back from them after the interview.
Everyone was very friendly, mix of technical and behavioural questions. 2 rounds, each with two interviews so four total. First were HR/screening, interviewer level increased throughout the interviews. Very good communication, heard back within 2 days both times.

After the Women Leadership Conference, every participant will get a pre-recorded interview invite. The questions were fair, but there was a mini case to test your understanding of different asset classes, which I think it's hard for 1st and 2nd year university student.

The process was really straightforward and easy going. Had an initial 15 minute interview with a recruiter which tested my motivations for finance and my background. Was put forward for the final interview instantly. The final interview was personal and I could tell they were interested in getting to know me and my CV.
