After waiting 20 minutes for a call back for my first scheduled interview, I contacted the HR representative, and she told me she had just gotten out of a meeting and had another meeting to go into so we would have to reschedule for the following day. The next morning I received an email that said she was busy and would need to reschedule for the following week. The following week we rescheduled once more via email. The Phone interview with the HR rep went well; it lasted about 40 minutes, and we discussed the company, the position, and my work history. Two days later I got a call back from the HR rep who informed me that another HR rep would contact me with more information regarding a background check as well as schedule an interview with the hiring manager and HR manager. On the day of the interview, I waited on a conference line for about 15 minutes when the HR manager came on the line and told me that the interview would need to be rescheduled for the following day. The following day I connected with the hiring manager and we discussed in more detail the position, duties, as well as my qualifications. I felt the interview went very well. The manager indicated there were more candidates to interview and that I would be a few days before I heard back. It’s been over a month……
