The interview process takes place with the temporary agency after being screened for potential experience or skills then they move forward with the active interview process with your employer dsc logistics upon passing the forklift test and for the position of whatever the status is you being hired for they will follow up immediately and put it pacing you to work for the 90 day probation after the 90 day probation they will match your pay to A very competitive pay.as a temper employee you still get paid a wonderful mount more than other companies because the fact that if you have the skills they will offer you what your worth

Pretty simple and straightforward. 1 interview with HR, manager, supervisors. They just ask about yourself mostly. My interview went on for 45 minutes and received offer letter within 2 days.
