I was contacted by a recruitment agency who said that a UK IT company was interested in interviewing possible candidates. I indicated my willingness. The interview was set up initially as a computer-based exam, which was adaptive so could last quite between 1 hour and 4 hours. Mine lasted 3 and a half hours. The exam was set for 3 weeks after first contact. It was a miz of skills-based and personality-based. Once I completed this I was contacted by the recruitment agency who indicated that I had passed and was ready for the next stage, which was a face-to-face interview with 1 person. The interview lasted between 1 and 2 hours and covered skills, personality and social questions.
