The interview process started with a few phone calls over the course of a few weeks. I spoke with the Managing Partner first. We reviewed my work history, skill level and knowledge in the mediums necessary for the position, and knowledge of the automotive industry. The interview was comfortable and conversational. They were as concerned about whether I was the right fit for the company as they were whether the company was the right fit for me. I didn't mind the multiple calls for this reason. It gave me more confidence that they were looking for long term employees that could bring ideas to the company and grow with them. They flew me to their office in Deerfield Beach FL for an in person interview and after about 2 1/5 weeks I was offered the position and was allowed time to make my decision. It was nice to really get to know a company before making a career change.
