The interview was quite interesting since the interviewer was asking questions perfectly and it was easy to understand what the interviewer was asking and she was asking specific questions on how one provides good customer services when they are facing customers and I was also impressed with the questions that were asked since they ask all that is needed and expected from a agent providing services of any kind.

The interview was structured and thorough, including technical questions, behavioral assessment and problem-solving tasks. It challenged my skills, encouraged clear communication and provided insight into the company's culture and expectations

The interview process was okay, I honestly enjoyed myself when I had to explain more about myself. The interviewee made me feel at ease in the interview room and I was so comfortable.
