It began with a behavioral phone interview with HR, and then once HR approves you they set you up with an interview with the hiring managers in Manchester. Most likely one or more of the managers interviewing you for the second interview will be your mentors for the summer.

First interview with the internal HR recruiter. That interviewer takes notes and sends your responses to the hiring manager to review. They decide to invite you back for a second interview. Very personal, asked a bunch of questions about previous roles, experience, etc. nothing too crazy. Nice people, great company!
