Basically, you first interview via just the webcam recording yourself with the questions that are given. Which interviewing is nerve wrecking as it is- seems really lazy on CBRE's end. But I did so. Then I had two other interviews one with the main manager, then the onsite manager where if given - I would be reporting to. Then you have to reach out to your references and tell them they are getting sent an email to give you a reference. It really is a on YOU process - CBRE doesn't seem to have recruiters I guess. So I did. When I spoke to the onsite manager, I felt like I would get the job. He made me feel like I had it, he said don't worry - everything. By the way- this is for the UBER account they have. Then nothing. I didn't get an email of any sort of communication - not even an generic " You're great but you don't have the job". This was back in May. I found it weird about no communication considering everything was so electronic.

Applied online, got contacted by a recruiter and was contacted by the hiring manager the following week. The hiring manager was very nice and professional. Overall, the experience was positive.
