Applied online and made it to the digital interview then had an in person interview. The interviewer was very pessimistic. She expressed that the woman she interviewed before me sent her flowers and how she thinks all interviewees should do the same.

Describe a situation in which you had to work with a team and experienced conflict.
2 rounds- hr and team......, it was very pleasant to interview with them, very nice people loved the vibe, got an offer the difficualty was average tell me anything you want to know more
I reached out to a project director via LinkedIn and then I got an interview. Direct application through their portal dint help me to get to the interview process. Luckily the project director was very reaponsive and friendly.
Asked a lot of behaviorals. People were very nice and helpful. Was also quite selective with the process. Recruiter is great and very communicative so I always knew where I stood in the process. Heard back a couple days after my interview
