The first interview was a phone interview with the recruiter. Maranna was so great. She took the time to make a personal connection with me. She also made the conversation very light and asked questions to get to know me, why I was looking for a career change, and talked to me like I was a person and not just a number. Then, she explained the next steps in the process. She was very thorough and totally responsive to emails. She also answered any questions I had. She was fantastic to work with. The next interview would have been a Cultural Interview, but I had to back out of the interview due to salary expectations. I would have loved to work for CATCH. Whoever gets the lucky chance of getting a job here, I hope you’re paired up with Maranna on getting the process started. She was so great. I can’t say enough about her.
