The hiring and interview process is one of the departments weakest characteristics. In the past you knew what to do to get the boxes checked. Now it's a mystery and intentionally kept that way. Taken over by State Personnel Board recently the process is this evolving irrational mess that leaves many wonder where they stand and how to continue to progress as a prospective employee.
