Overall timeline was fairly quick which was nice. I applied for the role online and heard back from their global talent acquisition lead within the week. I messaged about salary expectations before setting up an initial screening call with him using his Calendly link. Call went well enough to progress to the hiring manager interview after taking a behavioral and aptitude test (CCAT). The following week I met with the hiring manager and had another good conversation about the role and expectations. I unfortunately didn't make it to the next round but was given a chance to participate in a feedback from the hiring manger call which I gladly accepted to better understand. Overall good experience despite the outcome and applaud Bullhorn for their approach.

Website application for TAS sceening; if selected, TAS will reach out with self-scheduling screening call. If successful, followed by an aptitude test, which takes around 30 mins. If successful, interview rounds follow.
