Given a brief overview of position, discussed pay. Typical interview questions. Mild stress, but overall a typical interview although with several people and a longer duration (about 2 hours total).

The first interview was over the phone and was super casual q/a. The second interview was with the sales trainer over the phone. It was a little more in-depth and required a small voicemail sales pitch. The third and final interview was with 3 different people in -person. Mainly the interview questions were based on character and behavior. As long as you illustrate a go-getter attitude and be receptive to training, the interviews will go well.
