There were two rounds in the interview process. In the first round, they asked why I chose this company and this role, and about my past experience. They then gave me two questions: the first described a specific situation and asked me to interpret the child’s behavior; the second asked me to read an article and, similarly, analyze the child’s behavior or symptoms based on what I’d just read.
