The one silly mistake I made in this process was neglecting to realize I lived in a different timezone, so I missed my first interview. Thankfully, there were gracious to schedule a second interview that went well.

It was positive. I don't remember who interviewed me but she was very nice and the questions are very easy and situational. She asked me questions about examples of hypothetical scenarios relating to leadership and teamwork.

Very thorough and asked for several parts. The mock classroom lesson was the most stressful but most fun as well. It really allowed for the staff to get to know us and our ability to contribute to the program.

Got a phone interview relatively quickly. I had submitted my application and offered an interview slot a few days later. We had to discuss the positive and negatives of our teaching video. Conducted only over the phone for the first interview.
