I applied, sending in my resume. The strangest thing happened - they sent me a rejection letter, which is totally fine, but they went into specifics. They said they only hiring those of English fluency, which is fair but... What? I was born AND raised in the U.S.? My profile was also shared with the job posting, so they knew my location (if they wanted to double check), all I did was submit my resume. It felt extremely racist, that they would send such an offensive rejection letter, just based off my name, especially since my resume went into extreme detail (in English, if I absolutely had to add) of my work history, experiences, qualifications and education. I would never recommend this company to anyone if they're going to just profile their applicants like this.
