I had a very similar experience of one of the reviews here. I think the whole “interview” process is a scam. The recruiter sent me a PDF, listing a bunch of benefits, perks and package which now I believe is a trick to lure the candidate to enter the fake interview process. The PDF then instructed me to download the “Wire Secure Messenger” app to schedule the interview with the hiring manager. I thought it was used to determine the time of an interview so I did. But when I entered the conversation, the interview just started, and it was pure text messaging. The host sent out multiple behavioral questions at once and I typed the answers one by one, which was like talking to a robot. I was more convinced this was just a scam so I asked how many more questions they were going to ask and the host said that was it. So it feels like if I did not stop, they would just keep sending out questions. Given that this company claims that they are a platform to help people to get hired, I suspect that this whole “interview” is to steal answers for their own clients. Please be wary of this company.
