I first interviewed with HR on Skype, then with the hiring manager on Skype and was finally flown to Krakow for a two day, demo experience where I interviewed with most of the team (over 6 people in two packed days) and worked on a presentation task. Everyone was very professional and the entire team (not only the area that I was interviewing for) was very engaged. They made sure that in my time at Krakow I got a real sense of what working for Brainly would be like, the culture and how well I fit in. I had a lot of fun and in the end accepted the offer a couple of days after my demo day.
