Applied online and interviewed for a Director position over the course of several weeks. the process was explained to me clearly. It would culminate with a discussion with the group leader for validation if everything went well. I went through five or six rounds of interviews talking to folks with various expertise. Every time I was provided very positive feedback, so they scheduled the last interview, per their process. Just a few hours before the interview, I received a cancelation notice from someone that I didn't know at Bounteous, I was told that things had changed with the business, but they didn't know what specifically yet. I tried reaching out to the recruiter several times after this to understand what the change was, but he ghosted me every time. This quickly went from a very good experience to a very poor one. Changes in situations are understandable but when, as a candidate, you invest countless hours in a process, the least could be a minimum of courtesy, especially for a company that claims to promote great culture.
Bit going in circles and not able to clarify all my questions after completing all rounds. Open questions remained from the HR which caused transparency issues and led to not taking the offer.

Hiring screen/phone interview followed by 3-4 interviews by varying team members within the department as well as the would be direct supervisor. Some of the questions and topics repeated between interviews and at times it felt like information was not shared between interviewers. Overall a good experience though.
