First phase is an online interview conducted in a platform. You are provided with some case interview type of questions but more simple and less structured ones. Time management is key, you really have to think quickly to be able to complete all the questions on time.

2nd round: 2 behaviors and 2 cases with 2 people.
It's hard, but just practice as many different industry cases as possible. Also, once you get your interviewer, practice their industry!

Il processo, dopo la fase di screening e dell'online assessment era strutturata in 2 interviews separate: HR e tecnica. Con l'HR erano le classiche domande FIT mentre l'interview tecnica era articolata in 15 min di FIT e 45 min di business case.
