Interviewers were generally professional and engaged, and some provided light guidance when I got stuck, which I appreciated.
The fit interviews focused heavily on leadership, impact, and personal drive. It’s important to have clear, well-structured stories prepared that demonstrate problem-solving and ownership.
One thing to note is that the process can feel intense, especially if you’re coming from a non-traditional consulting background.

Two back to back interviews. Each consisted of 15 minutes of behavioral questions and 30 minutes of a case study. One interviewer was more senior and asked harder hitting questions with a more challenging case. The other was more straight forward.

The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
