Recruiter screening, followed by several interviews rounds with hiring manager, HR and other stakeholders. Interviewers were nice enough to talk to but overall extremely poor experience as they didn't bother coming back with any feedback at all. Not getting back to candidate after making them go through several interviews is simply unacceptable and disrespectful, which speaks volumes about the company culture. I am glad as it seems I dodged a bullet there.
