very nice interviewers. a couple of behavioural questions (star and short technical challenge at the end (object oriented programming concepts in java/tell me how to improve this piece of code)

tell me about a time you faced conflict. how would you improve this piece of code?
Before interview, a coding test related to the job (in my case, robotics) is performed. Then the interview takes place right after the coding test. Questions are both technical and non-technical.

Face to face interview ,focused on technical aspects such as dbms and basic coding are very important during the interview process also the interviewer was quite chill and very friendly also talked about work life balance at the company
