Very professional and relaxed interview process. Involved the STAR method, with occasional questions about experience and background. Provided a great background of the company and how skills can assist with various projects.

The questions were standard behavioral questions. I would suggest using the STAR method for answering questions. Managers were friendly and gave you an opportunity to think without you having to feel rushed. The interview was very relaxed. Make sure that you let your personality shine through whatever it may be because Boeing loves have a diverse atmosphere.
