Questions are easy if you are familiar with behavioral interviews. They are looking for you to explain a situation and the outcome, etc. Familiarize yourself with STAR interview questions / responses. This is what they are looking for.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a conflict among your peers. What did you do and what was the outcome.

Entrevista
3 panelist. About 6 behavior based questions. It's just one interview and then the waiting game took awhile like 2-3 weeks before hearing back. Interview was scheduled for an hour but about 10 minutes or so set aside for my questions.

Please describe any work experience, training and education that has prepared you for this position.
Please describe a time when you have to work with someone that was different from you whether it be gender, ethnicity, etc.. How was it different and how did you overcome those differences?
